Billing & terms

Paid plans bill on a 30-day recurring cycle in USD through Shopify and are added to your regular Shopify invoice — there is no separate checkout, and no card details are handled by Merchentia. The free Startup plan has no charge.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and you approve every charge on Shopify’s secure checkout before it starts.
Change plans or cancel anytime from your Shopify admin; Shopify prorates the switch, and cancelling stops future charges. We never delete your location data when you downgrade — locations above your plan’s cap are simply hidden until you upgrade.
Applicable taxes may apply and are handled by Shopify. The price shown at checkout in your Shopify admin is the price you pay.
