Set up in a few minutes

  1. Install the app and open it from your Shopify admin.
  2. Create a size chart — start from a ready-made template or build your own (measurement table, text, or image).
  3. Assign the chart by product, collection, product type, tag, or a store-wide default.
  4. Set the chart’s status to Published.
  5. In the theme editor, add the “Size & fit guide” block to your product template (Online Store 2.0), then save.
  6. Open a real product page on your live storefront to see it — the guide does not render in the theme-editor preview.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

I added the block but don’t see the size guide on my product page

Three things to check: (1) the guide shows on the live product page, not the theme-editor preview; (2) a Published chart must be assigned to that product (by product, collection, type, tag, or a store-wide default); and (3) the “Size & fit guide” block must be added to the product template of your published theme. The app’s built-in “Which chart shows here?” inspector tells you exactly which chart resolves for any product, and why.

How do I turn on the “find my size” fit finder?

The fit finder is part of Pro. Open the chart, enable the fit recommender, and choose which measurements shoppers enter. For a “select this size” button that pre-selects the matching variant, add per-variant size mapping on the chart. Shoppers’ measurements are used in their browser to suggest a size and are not stored.

Can shoppers switch between centimetres and inches?

Yes. Every chart has a cm⇄in toggle, and the starting unit is auto-selected for each shopper’s region. Content is available in 15 storefront languages with right-to-left (RTL) support, plus a how-to-measure guide.

Can I bulk-edit charts in a spreadsheet?

Yes, on Pro: export any chart to CSV, edit in a spreadsheet, and re-import. The round-trip is lossless, and your data is always exportable.

How do I change plans or cancel?

Manage your plan from the app’s Plans page, or from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Billing is handled by Shopify, so cancelling stops future charges. Downgrading to Free is non-destructive — your charts are kept and the Pro features simply stop serving; nothing is deleted.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Uninstalling revokes the app’s access immediately. Your stored charts and settings are deleted shortly after, in line with Shopify’s data-deletion webhook (shop/redact, ~48 hours after uninstall). See the privacy policy for details.

Does the app slow down my product pages?

The storefront script loads lazily and reserves its space, so there is no layout shift on load. It makes no Admin API calls on the shopper path and adds no external storefront scripts.

Does the app collect shopper data?

No. It reads your product catalogue structure only (the read-only read_products permission) to let you target charts, and stores no shopper personal data. Read the full privacy policy →
